Salmon Misoshiru

 Terinspirasi dari salmon belly misoshirunya Sushi Tei, karena merasa pernah beli bumbu misoshiru sachet beberapa waktu yang lalu dan masih belum dikaryakan, akhirnya belilah bahan-bahan lainnya. Masaknya gampang, tinggal cemplung-cemplung bahan, truss rebus sampai mendidih. All of the ingredients provide a rich taste it self.

Salmon Misoshiru
(Porsi 2 orang)

 Bahan:
1/2 slice salmon fillet (potong2 bite size, sesuai keinginan)
Jamur enoki
Jamur shimeji
1/2 bagian tahu sutra (potong 2 atau 4)
1 sdt miso
2,5 cups air matang
1 sdm kaldu ayam tanpa garam (saya pakai kaldu sultana yang non msg)
1 batang daun bawang (bagian putihnya saja) potong serong
1 batang seledri
Gula dan garam

Cara membuat:
1. Rebus kaldu ayam dan miso dengan air sampai mendidih.
2. Masukkan salmon, jamur, daun bawang dan seledri. Masak sampai salmon matang dan seledri layu.

Fried Tofu Chili Salt

Fried Tofu Chili Salt

 

Ingredient

  • 2 packets of Tofu (I use an egg tofu)
  • 1 large red peppers / bell pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp salt

Dough

  • 1 / 4 cups cornstarch
  • 1 / 4 cups flour
  • 1 / 2 cups water

Optional : Rice Noodle (break it into small pieces)

How to make Fried Tofu Chili Salt

  1. Steamed tofu (still wrapped) for 5 minutes (this process is to make tofu not easy to fall apart when they’re being cut)
  2. Cut the tofu into 5-6 parts
  3. Clean the peppers from the seeds and cut into very small square shape
  4. Make dough by mixing all ingredients, then soak the tofu into the batter
  5. pre heat the oil in a non-sticky pan. After the oil is really hot, put tofu and fry until golden colour. Remove and drain.
  6. Fried rice noodles until crispy. Remove and drain.
  7. Pour the used oil elsewhere and leave about 1 tsp. Put in the minced garlic and red chili pepper, and cook until finely done. Add salt and pepper and stir until they’re evenly mixed.
  8. Put in the tofu and stir
  9. Serve the fried rice noodles on a plate and Tofu fried on it. Add fried potatoes as a complement.

Voila! just like you order in your favourite Chinese restaurants 😉

Combo Lunch

Lunch Combo Package

Yah well, it is actually what i made for breakfast today. But um.. if you see the menu one by one, it is more appropriate for lunch dishes. But.. whatever haha.. 😀

The menu was:

  • Fried Calamari –> which happen to be too salty because my dad want me to put more salt while i think it was enough. Don’t blame me, he’s the one who put more salt to the batter 😦
  • Fried tofu Chili Salt –> which happen to be too salty either hahaha… OK this one is my fault, so sorry 😀
  • Home made french fries.
  • Home made vegetable salad –> with gravy.
  • Tar tar sauce –> for the calamary.
